Senior Loan Processor for “Stable/Growing FDIC Charter "Mortgage Banker

Pan American Mortgage, (a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Pan American Bank) is in immediate need for a
"Senior Residential Mortgage Loan Processor"

Due to unprecedented growth and continuing market growth, we are in need of a Senior Loan Processor who knows FHA/VA processing for "RESIDENTIAL LOAN FILES"

Our Mortgage Division has been in business for close to 10 solid years & just received an "A-" rating from the Better Business Bureau. Our FDIC CHARTERED BANK has been in business for 13 years and also growing!

The PERFECT candidate for this position will have all or most of the following:

* Min. 3-5+ years experience at the current or last company
(Exceptions made those from companies now out of business)

*EXPERT KNOWLEDGE of FHA & VA processing!

*Ability to handle pipeline of 50-100+ files at any given time

*Ability to multi-task and experience closing between 25-45+ files per month (FROM DAY 1)

*Excellent Work Ethic and not afraid to stay late when needed to close the deals at hand…

*UNDERWRITING EXPERIENCE Strongly Desired!
*CORRESPONDENT LENDING EXPERIENCE Strongly Desired!
*DEAL DESK EXPERIENCE Strongly Desired
*MANAGEMENT OF LP TEAMS EXPERIENCE Strongly Desired!!

*Ideally within 25 miles of the 60646 zip code
