American Reverse Mortgage® (ARM) is one of America's oldest and largest exclusive Reverse Mortgage Bankers, ranked sixth (6) by HUD in 2007. We are a HUD Direct Endorsement (DE) Non-Supervised Lender, which is the highest category HUD designation. ARM is also a FannieMae Reverse Mortgage Seller-Servicer. Our goal is to provide Seniors (Sixty-Two and Over) the opportunity to improve their financial status through FHA, FannieMae & Jumbo Reverse Mortgages.
Since the Reverse Mortgage is the most highly regulated FHA Mortgage, comprehensive training is required to become an ARM Reverse Mortgage Advisor. ARM has therefore created the most extensive Reverse Mortgage training program in the industry. This training is comprised of classroom, application and guidance from a Company Trainer. ARM also provides online web based training packed with everything a Trainee needs to become an ARM Reverse Mortgage Advisor. This online training includes testing which must be completed to qualify.

Requirements:
1)Enjoy dealing with and helping Senior Citizens.
2)Ability to learn detailed programs and regulations and educate Seniors.
3)Business or professional experience.
4)Computer literate, own a computer running Windows 2000 Pro, XP Pro or Windows Vista, Microsoft Office 2000 or later, and a minimum highspeed 1mb broadband internet connection.
5)Automobile and valid driver license
6)Mobile telephone
