Description:

Processing center seeks an experienced mortgage loan processor in our Richmond office. The Processor must possess at least two years experience and will be responsible for file review, opening escrow, ordering title, ordering verifications, insurance updates, appraisal follow-up, file submission satisfying common mortgage conditions, follow-ups and funding verifications.

Processor must be able to work independently to submit files to various lenders and clear conditions both online and manually at lenders request. Strong organization, follow-up and file urgency is required. Professional phone demeanor is essential, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
