Primary Duties:
? Originate mortgage loans through phone, mail, internet, etc (no cold callings)
? Become knowledgeable with company product manuals and understanding of various products (real estate (residential or commerical), loan originations, OR financial consulting)
? Responsible for staying up to date on federal, state, and local regulations as they pertain to the mortgage or financial industry
