Job Duties are as follows:

- Audit Loan applications for accuracy and completeness.
- Assemble and maintain Loan files in accordance with standard policies, and enter data into the online system at each stage of processing as required.
- Service walk-in customers as appropriate.
- Explain documentation requirements, assist with Loan applications, and/or refer the customer to other World personnel as appropriate.
- Communicate the status of Loan applications to all appropriate parties, including World customers, Loan Origination personnel, brokers, and escrow holders.
- Order credit reports, required verifications, and private mortgage insurance.
- Submit Appraisal requests as required.
- Obtain and compile copies of Loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
- Stay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products in order to better meet customers? needs.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
