Description:Objective is to maximize the recapture rate of serviced customers by preparing transaction documents, gathering documents, and checking documents for completeness and accuracy while maintaining performance against SLA�s for all retention-based efforts. (i.e., Note Modification Documents, 1003 Disclosures, Recording and Post-Closing requirements, and Assumption Packages to and from their respective parties.)Ensure the Department and internal/external relationships are compliant with all statutory, regulatory, and Company requirements and policies to maintain integrity and values. Conduct daily audits on various documents and procedures to ensure compliance. Assist the Note Modification Process through clear communication in order to provide resolution to current pipeline customer's questions. Also, develop strong working relationships across all functional areas in AHM to ensure business goals are met.
