? Licensed to originate in Lllioins Nevada, Georgia, Texas, Ohio, Florida, Michigan, Indiana, South Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, Missouri, Iowa, South Carolina, Louisiana, Mississippi, Delaware, Alabama, North Carolina, Washington State, Nebraska, Colorado, Kentucky, Alaska, Wisconsin** and Minnesota.
** Must be license on that State.
? In house real estate company
? Flexibility to work remotely (work from your home office)
? In house processing
? 300 + loan officers currently originating
? Aggressive commission splits

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Identify customer?s needs and product types
- Pre-qualify customer loan requests
- Quote rates
- Enter customer information into desktop underwriter, Point/Calix
- Sell mortgage loan programs
- Experience in sub-prime, conforming and Purchase markets
- Bilingual English/Spanish (A PLUS, but NOT a must)
- Full time ONLY!

JOB REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

**MUST have at least 1.5 year Mortgage experience in a related role, Licensed or Not.**
High School diploma or equivalent. A proven track record for success, ability to take initiative and responsibility for solving problems. Able to turn in complete loan files, and experience in Subprime, FHA and Purchase market.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, great personality, good presentation, strong work ETHIC, Integrity, team and goal oriented.
