Reverse Mortgage training

Ability to originate in 2 6 States (and growing) ?. Illinois, Colorado, Nevada, Georgia, Texas, Ohio, Florida, Michigan, Indiana, Louisiana, Kentucky, South Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, Missouri, Iowa, South Carolina, Nebraska, Mississippi, Delaware, Alabama, North Carolina, Minnesota, Washington (State) Pennsylvania, Alaska (Pending California, and Wisconsin)

Skills: **MUST have at least 1.5 year Mortgage experience in a related role, Licensed or Not.**
High School diploma or equivalent. A proven track record for success, ability to take initiative and responsibility for solving problems. Able to turn in complete loan files, and experience in Subprime, FHA and Purchase market.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, great personality, good presentation, strong work ETHIC, Integrity, team and goal oriented.
