LOAN OFFICERS & PROCESSORS

Due to growth, expansion, and office relocation, Lanham based mortgage company has positions for 10 loan Officers & 2 processors. Experienced with self starter abilities a must. Only determined and aggressive "must-win" attitude individuals with proven records need apply. Qualified applicants will enjoy excellent compensation including bonuses, benefits package, in-house support (processing, underwriting, and settlement assistance), and also enjoy a professional, stable, and flexible working environment with endless opportunities.

We are looking for mortgage people who meet the following profile:

- 2 years experience with proven and credible track record in the industry
- Knowledge of and ability to market numerous loan packages
- Proven ability to individually develop and close $1.5M+ in loans monthly
- AE experience with minimum of $10M monthly or 20+ loans a plus with rewards
- Ability to create and develop new business, and be an effective deal closer
- Ability and desire to earn a minimum of $15K-$20K monthly
- Ability to start working immediately or within 7-10 days
