LOAN OFFICER:

We’re growing! Due to growth and office relocation, our Lanham based mortgage company has an opening for a Loan Officer.

Minimum requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience from prospecting to the final loan process.
• Must have full knowledge of and ability to market numerous loan packages with a proven ability to individually develop and close $1.5M+ in loans monthly.
• Must be able to create and develop new business, and be an effective deal closer

Qualified applicants will enjoy excellent compensation including bonuses, benefits package, and in-house support including processing, underwriting, and settlement assistance.
