Electrical Engineering Team Lead

The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers and technicians in the development of processor based sensors for high temperature environments. The candidate is expected to provide both design and team management roles for the project. The processor based sensors will be utilized in the exploration of oil and gas wells. The circuits required involve power generation, sensor sampling, and data processing. The candidate will have a good working knowledge of hardware and software design. The candidate will have a proven track record of leading development teams to the successful completion of challenging embedded designs.

Qualifications include:

· 13 years experience in embedded (hardware / firmware) systems design. (aerospace, automotive, downhole drilling)

· History of successfully completed projects

· Comfortable working in a team environment

· Experience with high reliability or temperature designs.

· Experience with portable/low power design

· Sensor interface circuit design

· Understanding of signal integrity principles and noise reduction techniques.

· Experience in high temperature and low power design

· Experience with high resolution analog measurements

· Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degreein Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or similar discipline required
